1) Delivery Areas
The website lightable.uk delivers to United Kingdom.
Deliveries to other European countries may be considered upon request, depending on the product.
No deliveries are made to UK Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands, Isle of Man) or to countries outside Europe.
2) Delivery Fees
Delivery is completely free, with no minimum purchase requirement, for all countries we serve:
United Kingdom (order amount after discounts).
No additional fees apply: the total displayed in the cart and at checkout includes delivery.
3) Order Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within an average of 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, the order is typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
The estimated total delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on:
• order volume
• peak periods (holiday season, promotions)
• exceptional circumstances (severe weather, strikes, logistical disruptions, etc.)
4) Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your delivery:
• directly from the link provided in the email
• or from your customer account on the website.
5) Delivery and Parcel Receipt
Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence during delivery, or if the parcel is returned to the sender, reshipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the parcel and the product immediately.

6) Delivery Delays
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the delivery is not made within the timeframe announced (and no later than 30 days after the order unless otherwise agreed), the customer may request:
• cancellation of the order at no cost
• and a full refund of all amounts paid.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the cancellation request.
7) Carriers
Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners, depending on product type and destination:
Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, UPS, or equivalent.
The carrier is automatically selected to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.
8) Bulky Items
Some large lighting products may require delivery by a specialised carrier.
In such cases, our customer service team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time slot.
9) Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If you do not receive your parcel within 30 days following your order, please contact our customer service at:

If the parcel is declared lost, we will offer the customer a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on their preference.
