What are the delivery times?

Our orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the product and destination.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Do your lights come with bulbs?

Most of our lights include LED bulbs or integrated LEDs, depending on the model.
If bulbs are required, the product page clearly specifies the compatible type.

Are the lights easy to install?

Absolutely. Most of our lights are designed for quick and straightforward installation, with fixtures that fit standard UK electrical systems.
For ceiling lights, a qualified electrician is recommended, but wall lamps, table lamps and floor lamps can usually be installed in minutes.

Do your lights work with UK electrical systems?

Yes, all our lights are compatible with UK voltage (230V) and UK plug standards.

How are your lights delivered?

Each light is carefully packaged in a reinforced box to protect it during transport and prevent any damage.

When your order arrives, simply unpack and position the fixture according to your space.
For models with integrated LED systems, they arrive fully pre-assembled and ready to plug in.

Do you offer guarantees?

Yes, all our lights are covered by a 2-year guarantee against any manufacturing defect or hidden fault.
This guarantee applies to both the lighting fixtures and the integrated LED models (excluding consumable bulbs).

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, delivery is completely free, with no minimum purchase, to all the countries we ship to: United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to your email address.
You can follow your parcel in real time until it arrives at your door.

How long does one of our lighting fixtures last?

Our lighting fixtures are designed to offer a long lifespan under normal daily use.
Most models last around 8 to 12 years, thanks to LED components with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

This represents many years of regular lighting before any noticeable loss of brightness.

Are your lighting fixtures dimmable?

Many of our models are compatible with dimmable LED bulbs or dimmer switches, depending on the product.

Are your lights suitable for bathrooms?

Only fixtures with the appropriate IP rating are suitable for bathroom use.

Can I install the light myself?

Most fixtures can be installed easily, but ceiling lights may require a qualified electrician to ensure safety.
Always follow the installation instructions.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed or lost?

We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a suitable solution (refund or replacement).
